It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cleo I. Carlisle of Sun City Center, Florida, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rowland and Jessie Rowland (Russell); her husband Edward Carlisle; and her siblings, David Rowland (Thelma), Viola Ware (Marvin), Betty Enloe (Alan), Wilma Kitchen (Floyd), W. Joseph Rowland and Ruth Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Holt (Kenny) and Terry Carlisle (Gretchen) of Columbia, Missouri; her grandchildren, Zebediah Holt (Lisa), Kody Holt (Lauren), Kaleb Holt (Lindsay), Wysteria Austin (Ray), Sarah Trinch (Ross) and Lindsey Herron (Brad); her great grandchildren, Garrett, Brock, Isla, Wells, Gabrielle, Akasha and Mathew; her brother Sam Rowland of Rolla, Missouri; and her siblings-in-law, James Carlisle of Eaton, Carl Lee of St. Peters, Missouri and Debbie Rowland of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
