He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse C. Mackey and Ethel L. Taylor; his siblings, Violet Ward, Jessie Mackey, Jean Igou, Alice Lopeno and Clair Mackey; his brother-in-law Leroy Clark; and his niece Patricia Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen (Mitzi); his siblings, Ralph Mackey (Dolores) and Esther Clark; his sister-in-law Charlene Tapp; his nieces and nephews, Teresa Steetle (Keith), Leonard Clark (Shawna), Ray Mackey, Leona Mackey, Dixie Harman and Clifedda Ward; and his great-nephew Daniel Mackey. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, grand, and great grandnephews and nieces.
