He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Casteel and Emma Lou Casteel (Crawford); his sisters, JoAnn, Jeanette and Linda Lou; and his wife Glynda Casteel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Casteel of Wildwood, FL, Denise Capps (Bob) of Lady Lake, FL, Angela Bassett of Lady Lake, FL and Michele Brown of Fruitland Park, FL; his sister Reida Glenn (Jimmy) of Oxford, FL; his grandchildren, Jacob Ledford, Jeremy Ledford, Jammie Stevens, Meghan Leonor (David), Colby Stevens, Hunter Capps (Lauren), Brittany Brown, Lindsey Michniak (Joe), Elizabeth Brown and Cassie Brown; and his great grandchildren, Brixton, Brooklyn Leonor, Jaxon Martinez, Calli, Noah, Josie Michniak, Wesson and Ryder Stevens. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel (410 Webster St, Wildwood, FL 34785). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
