She is survived by: her husband Leonard; her sons, Brian (Jessica) and Kevin (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Jeremy (Morgan), Brayden, Gavin, Zachary and Caylee; her great grandchildren, Chase, Tayah and Forest; her siblings, Ronald Champagne (Louise) and Jeanne Brandis (Paul); her siblings-in-law, Michael (June), Diane Bean and Barbara Arsenault (Joseph); and her caregiver Patty Maustellar (Neal). She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
