He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Meghan Hourihan; and his siblings, Eugie Hourihane, John Hourihane, Frank Hourihane, Tim Hourihane, Patrick Hourihane, Michael Hourihane, Hannah McGuire, Kitty O'Brien, Peggy Keane, Mary Moore, Kathleen Hourihane and Nell Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila O'Sullivan (Frances); his children, Kathleen Shannon (Kevin) of Bronxville, NY, Maureen (Kieran Ennis), Sheila (David Roberts), Joseph (Eilish Hourihan), Daniel Hourihan (Bernadette Moriarty) and Kevin (Mary Hourihan); his grandchildren, Ryan Shannon (Tori), Brendan, Mairead Hourihan, Ciara, Conor (Katelyn), Michael, Julia Ennis, Timothy, Daniel, Kellie, Brianna Hourihan, Ronan and Colin Hourihan; and his great grandchildren, Connor and Evelyn Shannon.
The family would like to thank everyone for their understanding during this difficult time due to the COVID pandemic.
