He is survived by: his children, Ashlee and Michael Hoffman; his mother Sandra Schreiber O'Neill (Thomas) of Seneca, SC.; and his sisters, Kelly Hoffman Richards (Steven) of Seneca, SC. and Tracy Hoffman Shook (Tim) of Greenville, SC.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Sandsprit Park (3443 SE St Lucie Blvd, Stuart, FL 34997).
