She was predeceased by: her parents, David Trimble and Rose Bockhop Trimble; her husband John H. "Jack" Hornstein; and her siblings, William, John, Fred Trimble and Margaret Kuhl.
She is survived by: her children, John C. of Charlotte, NC and Joyce D. Cox (Duncan) of Stuart, FL.; and her grandchildren, Ryan Cox of New York and Rebecca Cox of Nashville, TN.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
