He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecelia Shrader Warnick and Roy W. Fetter; and his sister Joy L. Baker. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Fetter Montgomery (Scott) and Timothy Fetter; his grandchildren, Rachel Montgomery Diamond (Kyle), Sarah Montgomery and Matthew Montgomery; and his great grandchild Noah Diamond.
