He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Dee and William Dee. He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his children, Rich Jr. (Jodie), Deanna and Mike (Jackie); his grandchildren, Emily, Katie, Thomas and Megan; and his brother Bill. He is also survived by his family and friends.
