He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Blazek and Mary Ellen Blazek; his former wife Regina Blazek; his daughter Jennifer Blazek; his close friend Chuck Owen; and his godmother Elenora Dondero.
He is survived by: his husband Wayne Hill; his sister Kim Owen of Louisville; and his stepdaughter Michelle Frechette-Murphy. He is also survived by extended family, including many cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Hills Palm City Chapel (2001 SW Murphy Rd, Palm City, FL 34990). An entombment was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Hills Memorial Park (2001 SW Murphy Rd, Palm City, FL 34990).
