He is survived by: his wife Becky Hoegsted Kneer; his children, April Kneer Lyon (Timothy Richard Lyon), Stefanie Kneer, Douglas Kneer (Erin Kneer), Heather Kneer Jolley (Darrel Jolley) and Tammy Kneer Minyard (Scott Minyard); and his sisters, Carol Caleffe and Nancy Vinson. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
