She is survived by: her children, Elaine Higgins (Antonio Baez Martinez) of Houston, Texas, Daniel Higgins of Alliance, Ohio, Carey (Lisa Higgins) and Barbara Higgins (David Higgins) of Azel; her sister Janet Osborn of Frederick; her stepchildren, Robyn Lovoi of Palm City and Michael Cover of Salem; and her niece Kathleen Schmid of Naperville. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other family members.
