He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman, Sr. Lay and Vera Mason Lay; his sister Myrna Snyder; his nephew Bob Rappach, Jr.; and his great grandchild Jacob Wallen.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his siblings, Larry Lay and Karen Rappach (Bob); his daughter Debbie Amick (Dino); his grandsons, Ray and Michael Wallen; his great grandchildren, Bryce, Kaden and Starr Wallen; his nieces and nephews, Rick, Ron Whitehouse, Tim Rappach, Sherry Deagle and Patty Ferry; and his close friend Greg Cerulli.
