He was predeceased by: his wife Marguerite. He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Swigler, Bill Swigler (Debbie) and Susie Gore (Bill); and his grandchildren, Ryan (Jackie) and David (Kelly). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, honoring Norman's generous spirit and enduring impact on his community.
