He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Gus Charles Rubino Sr. and Michael Joseph O'Connor; his uncle Gus Charles Rubino Jr.; his aunt Maureen Marie Parker (O'Connor); and his niece Ashlyn West Uhl.

He is survived by: his parents, Robert Rubino and Kathleen Rubino; his siblings, Jaclyn Uhl (Anthony), Joseph Rubino and Michael Rubino (Miranda); his grandmothers, Irene M. Wengel and Joanne M. O'Connor; and his nieces, Anabelle and Adalyn Uhl. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make donations to Elev8Hope in Nick's memory.
