He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Marie Glenzinski Holland and James Michael Holland; his brother Joseph Holland; and his sister-in-law Susan Rumph Holland (David Holland). He is survived by: his wife Debra Thacker Holland; his daughter Kimberly Holland Freeman (Terrence); his grandchildren, Ruby Jane Freeman, Brooke Aimes Freeman and Callum Terrence Freeman; and his siblings, Mary Ann Holland of Winona, MN, Ruth Ann Schum (Randy), David Edward Holland and Barbara Shepherd Lopez (Tom) of Windermere, FL.
He donated completion of the Children's Home in West Palm Beach for Babies born with the AIDS virus, by Hollagram building and donating all the cabinetry, installing sinks and creating the built-in examining areas.
