She was predeceased by: her father Wallace Case; and her former husband Ray Blackstock. She is survived by: her husband Terry Layne; her daughter Sarah Reif (Ryan); her grandchildren, Liam and Nora; her mother Ethel "Betty" Case; and her brothers, Kevin Case, Roger Case (Brenda) and Eric Case (Anna). She is also survived by her family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Treasure Coast Hospice Foundation.
