He was predeceased by: his parents, William Winstanley and Viola Winstanley; and his brothers, William Winstanley (Carmen), Douglas Winstanley and Peter Winstanley.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Kenneth Jr. of Stuart, FL and Colleen; his son-in-law Michael Blagg; his granddaughter Margot of Syracuse, NY; his siblings, Roger Winstanley, Richard Winstanley, Michael Winstanley, Tim Bartels, Eileen Mahlau and Carolann George; his sister-in-law Carmen Winstanley; his parents-in-law, Ann and Daniel Tobiasz; his brother-in-law Daniel Tobiasz; his brother Joseph; and his sister-in-law Vikki Tobiasz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
