Though Joy Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joy Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Feagan and George Feagan; and her significant other Kenneth Hutchins. She is survived by: her children, Glen, Kismet, Mark and Catherine; her grandchildren, Zachary and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Damien, Christian and Harrison; and her family Ontario. She is also survived by the youngest of eight siblings with five brothers and 2 sisters -And had many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the All County Treasure Coast Chapel (1010 NW Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994).
