He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Commins and Mary Anne Commins; and his nephews, Kevin Jr. and Bryan Commins. He is survived by: his wife Ida Commins; his son Gregory Commins Jr.; his daughter-in-law Patricia; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jackie, Willie, Ria and Robbie; his brothers, Kevin Commins (Loretta) and Raymond Commins (Joanne); and his nieces and nephews, Cindy, Timmy, Christopher and Ryan. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast or the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Greg.
