He was predeceased by: his parents, James Doyle and Anne Doyle of Dublin; and his siblings, Desmond (Desie), Noel, Carmel of Ireland and Bernadette (Bernie) of Ireland.

He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his son Stephen of Scottsdale Arizona; his daughter-in-law Silvia (Kenneth Doyle); his grandchildren, Kailegih of Charlotte, Vermont., Carsten of Charlotte, Vermont. and Kelsey of Charlotte, Vermont.; and his siblings, Una, Paschal and Seamus.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's honor to House of Hope, Stuart Florida.
