She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Wendy Fies (Michael) of San Antonio, Texas; and her sisters, Alma Smith (Charlie) of Mars Hill and Geraldine Johnson (Jim) of Windsor, Connecticut. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
