He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Livingstone and Gertrude Livingstone; his wife Tootie Livingstone; his brother Dr. Tony Livingstone; his sister-in-law Bonnie Livingstone; his sister Sunny McShane; his brother-in-law Dr. Bill McShane; his nephews, Tom and Mac McShane; his niece Teresa McShane; and his sister-in-law Ann Livingstone.
He is survived by: his brother Walter Livingstone; his children, Matthew Livingstone, Dr. Cara Livingstone Turner and Ben Livingstone; his children-in-law, Autumn Livingstone and Dr. Michael Turner; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Matthew, Hunter Livingstone, Annie, Katie and Will Turner.
