We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2023, at the age of 96, Brooks Richard Barvoets in Stuart, Florida, born in Albany, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest F. Barvoets and Patricia Brooks Barvoets; and his wife Mary Martel Barvoets. He is survived by: his children, Brooks Barvoets, Jr. of Niskayuna, NY, Carol Hoffman of Burnsville, NC, Peter Barvoets of Schenectady, NY, Joanne Daniels (Brian) of East Nassau, NY and Cindy Barvoets of North Greenbush, NY.; his brother Donald A. Barvoets of Colorado Springs, CO; and his grandson George Hoffman of Chipley, FL. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
