It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Junior Harbard Southerland of Steinhatchee, Florida, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Southerland and Addie Southerland; his children, Steve Southerland and Joan Sanford; and his brothers, Fermon Southerland and Eugene Southerland.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Southerland; his children, Ken Southerland (Gloria), Mitchell Cochran (Sandra), Becky Bennett, Nancy Bressner (Greg), Ginger Smith and Sherry DuBose; and his sisters, Mildred Parson, Betty Mae Clark (Howard) and Evelyn Hewett (Douglas). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
