She was predeceased by: her parents, James Johnson and Lettie Johnson; her husband Harvey Lashley; and her sisters, Myrtle Fussell and Ida Lou Brownsword.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Irby, Curtis Lashley (Teresa), Susan Herring and Debbie Reed (Lawrence Ross); and her siblings, James Johnson, Earl J. Johnson, W. C. Johnson, Alene Turner, Gladys Turk, Willadeen Patterson and Nina Johnson. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
