He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha Magnus; his grandson Mathew Magnus; his parents, Gerald Magnus and Dorothy Benson; and his brothers, Robert and Richard Magnus.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Dykeman of Starke, William "Bill" Magnus (Edna) and Timothy Magnus; and his grandchildren, Michael Dykeman of Starke, Nicole Taylor, Chris and Bradley Magnus. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and numerous extended family.
