He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter B. Oliver, II and Mae Gaston; and his sister Beth Morrison. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Niki and Jared; his wife Lynell Oliver of Starke; his children, Tammy England (Andy) of Quitman, GA and Walter Oliver, IV (Debbie) of Rome, GA; his stepchildren, Brenda Griffis (Victor) of Starke, Susan Harris (James) of Old Town and Kim Jackson (Michael) of Starke; his stepmother Eunice Oliver of Charleston, SC; and his brothers, Paige Oliver of Charleston, SC, Keith Oliver of Charleston, SC and Kevin Oliver of Charleston, SC. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
