It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Evelyn Gaskins of Starke, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowe Joiner and Altie Alford Joiner; her sisters, Alice Reinhardt and Louise Igou; her grandsons, Michael Tew, Jr. and Trey Tew; and her brothers-in-law, Donald Dingman, Bill "Rinnie" Reinhardt and Roy Igou.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Gaskins; her children, Michael Tew, Sr. (Sandy Ellis) of Lawtey, FL, Jacque Bailey (Rick) and Dianne Graudons (Kent) of Starke, FL; her sister Barbara Dingman; and her grandchildren, Emily DeWitt, Ginger Jacobs (Matt), Brandon Bailey (Krista), Whitney Bailey, Kurt Graudons (Kristin) and Tara Louie (Charles). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
