He is survived by: his mother Hazel Marie Rowe of Starke, FL; his wife Angie Rowe of Starke, FL; his children, Karen Packham (Chad) of Theresa, FL, Sharie Welch of Keystone Heights, FL and Roger Wayne Rowe, Jr. (Cheryl) of Macclenny, FL; his stepchildren, Gary Weeks of Starke, FL and Amanda Giles of Starke, FL; and his sister Linda Cadle (Luther) of Starke, FL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
