He is survived by: his wife Fran Kelly of Orlando; his children, Kacie Kelly Hutchinson (Jason) of St. Augustine, Florida and Jonathan Kelly (Valerie) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Kelly of Winston-Salem, NC and Hayes Allen Hutchinson of St. Augustine; and his siblings, Robert of Gainesville, Ronald Kelly of Gainesville and Kathryn Raulerson.

A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Bayless Highway Baptist Church (11798 NW County Rd 225, Starke, FL 32091). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Dekle Cemetery (970 SW 4th Ave, Lake Butler, FL 32054).
