He is survived by: his friend Robert "Glenn" Polk; his wife E. Marie Polk; his sons, Scott Glenn Polk (Elise), Jason Lamar Polk (Amy) and Randall LeRoy Polk (Mindy); his grandchildren, Courtney Moody (Chris), Brett Polk (Janelle), Brian Polk (Ashley), Andrew Polk, Alisha Gray (Adam), Rachel Sweat (Keith), Caleb Polk, Jacob Polk and Bret Polk; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Callie, Ryan, Riley, Olivia, Emma, Jalon, Brendon, Logan, Kennedy, Kaidence, Konner, Emrie, Eli and Silas.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cross Church (2300 N Temple Ave, Starke, FL 32091).
