He was predeceased by: his mother Myrtice Nichols (Crosby); his sisters, Janet Carter and Peggy; and his brother-in-law Don Neel. He is survived by: his wife Susan Nichols (Wiggins) of Starke; his children, David Philip Nichols of Starke and Monica Suzanne Kadlec of Starke; his grandson Hagen Gage Kadlec of Starke; his siblings, Patsy Lawson of Starke, Colleen Brannon (Mitch) of Lake Butler, Michael Nichols (Kay) of Scottsdale, AZ and Gregory Nichols (Marlene) of St. Augustine; and his brother-in-law Donald Carter of Kingsley Lake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and devoted friends.
