He is survived by: his wife Marian Underhill (Simmons) of Starke; his son Gary Underhill of Hampton Lake; his siblings, Vernon Underhill (Erma) of Tennessee and Glenda Petelle (Kent) of Starke; his grandchildren, Phillip Lazenby (Amanda) and Leslie Lazenby; and his great grandchildren, Kogan Lazenby and Brylen Godsen.
