She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Otis Hazen and Frankie Martin Hazen; her husband Ernie Don Patray; and her pets, FeFe and Leo.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Jackson (Jeffrey) of Starke, FL, Lucian "Keith" Patray of Deland, FL and Mark Terrell Patray (Jean) of Starke; her grandsons, Gary Don Brewer, Joshua Brewer, Marcus Patray, Jacob Patray and Caleb Patray (Ashlyn); her great grandchildren, Megan Tillman (Cody), Marcus Patray II, Leslie Patray and Maddie Kay Starr Tillman; and her close friend Betty Groves.
