He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard L. Osteen and Carmella Osteen (Famiglietti); and his brother Tony Osteen. He is survived by: his wife Carol Osteen (Coleman) of Starke; his children, Michelle Brooks (Chris) of Starke and Michael Osteen (Candace) of Hampton; and his parents-in-law, Hilton and Nancy Coleman of Starke.
