She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Noegel and Elizabeth Noegel; and her siblings, Buddy Noegel and Jan Shannon. She is survived by: her husband Willie "Sonny" McNeill, Jr. of Kingsley Lake; her children, Bryan McNeill of Kingsley Lake and Lori Elizabeth McNeill; her sister-in-law Barbara Noegel of Starke; and her grandchildren, Walker Thomas and Hunter Thomas.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (212 N Church St, Starke, FL 32091).
