He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Terrell Bullard and Myrtle Lilly Dooley Bullard; and his brothers, Cleon Bullard, Ronald Bullard and Russell Bullard.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Bullard of Starke, FL; his children, Matthew Bullard of Jacksonville, FL and Ashley Chaon (Chuck) of Kingsley Lake, FL; his siblings, Danny Dean Bullard of Lynn Haven, FL and Juanita Hamrick (Darrell); and his grandchildren, Sophia Chaon, Adelyn Chaon, JD Chaon and Gavin Bullard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
