She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carter and Cora "Day" Carter. She is survived by: her children, Kay Ritch (Glenn) of Starke, Sonny Norman (June) of Newville, AL and Janice Harvey (Tim) of Lawtey; and her brother Paul Carter of Starke. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
