She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney McRae and Ethel "Bailey" McRae; and her husband Cary P. Nazworth. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Nazworth (Leslie) of Starke and Greg Nazworth (Lisa) of Valdosta, GA; her siblings, Betty M. Wells of Starke, Barney McRae (Virginia) of Lake City, Vivian Harley of Merritt Island and Marian Conner of Orlando; and her grandchildren, Cody, Emily, Austin, Alec and Aaron.
