She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Cecil Padgett and Mary Estelle Waters Padgett; her husband Eldon Rudolph "Rudy" Sapp; her son David Morgan Sapp; and her siblings, Infant Padgett, Lloyd Cauthron Padgett, Kenneth Cecil Padgett, James William Cecil Padgett, Calvin Elwood Padgett and Annette Estelle Padgett Norman.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Douglas (Chris) of Starke, FL; her siblings-in-law, Gerald Norman, Joe Sapp (Carolyn), Kay Padgett and Sue Padgett; her grandchildren, Joshua Sapp (Jennifer), Elizabeth Hatcher (Matt), Zachary Varnes and Hannah Jones (Jarred); and her great grandchildren, Emma Ratliff, Levi Sapp, Evelyn Sapp, Ethan Sapp and Charlotte Jones.
