He is survived by: his children, Stephen Douglass (Darlene) of Starke, FL and Cindy Douglass of Dukes, FL; his sisters, Linda Carter (Jacky), Juana Waller and Judy Westbrook; his grandsons, Stephen Kyle Douglass of Starke, FL and Johnathan Lloyd Douglass (Brittany) of Starke, FL; and his great grandchildren, Cason Lloyd Douglass and Addilyn Marie Douglass.
