She is survived by: her husband Robert Kitchens of Starke; her children, Donna Mapel (Rick) of Starke, Jackie Spears (Michael) of Starke, Mike Kitchens (Barbara) of Starke and Adam Kitchens of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Michael (Katrina), Jackie of Joey, JR, Lindsay, Sonya (Clay), Johnny (Tiffany), Katrina and Kevin; her great grandchildren, Noah, Jace, Angel, Harrison, Tucker, Trey, Jack, Courtney, Taylor, Wyatt, Cadence, Josh K, Charlie, Kristen, Hunter, Kalie, Preston, Josh D and Caden; her great great grandchild Adalyn; and her sisters, Martha Warren of Starke and Margaret Padgett (Roger) of Clay Hill.
