He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Ervin Daugherty, Sr. and Lossie Wynn Daugherty; his sister Lorian Levy; and his sons, Junior Daugherty and Robert Lacy Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Mabel Daugherty of Starke, FL; his daughters, Ruth Bryan (Mattew) of Gainesville, FL, Rebecca Hill of Starke, FL and Zonna Carol of Spokane, WA.; and his siblings, Daniel Daugherty of Gainesville, FL, Ray Daugherty of Starke, FL, Betty Adamson and Jackie Kennard. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
