He is survived by: his wife Marcilla Padgett (Carter) of Starke; his brother Bryan Padgett (Connie) of Starke; his niece Alyssa Shannahan (Trey); his great-nephew Mason; his niece Ashlyn Rodgers (Connard); his parents-in-law, Charles and Nella Carter of Lawtey; his sister-in-law Vickie Crews of Starke; his nieces and nephews, Richard and Bailee; and also Asher. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
