He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Mains and Mildred Mains (Penticoff). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Mains (Johnson) of Starke; his children, Erica Lynn Mains Reddish (Eric) of Starke, Lindsey Dawn Atchley (Jacob) of West Virginia and Taylor Douglas Mains (Melissa) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Blake Reddish (Taylor), Brooklyn Reddish, Berkley Reddish, India Atchley, Blaise Atchley and Dietrich Atchley. He is also survived by five siblings.
