He was predeceased by: his parents, Benten Oliver and Rosa Lee Oliver; his wife Katherine Oliver; and his daughter Kathy Oliver. He is survived by: his children, Michael G. Oliver (Debbie) of Pennsylvania and Jacqueline O. Wainwright (David) of Starke. He is also survived by 2 brothers; 2 sisters; 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
