He is survived by: his grandchildren, Smurf, Scooter, Mouse, Dave, Pops and David; his wife Aline Carter Neiman of Starke, FL; his children, Micheal Neiman (Rachelle Carson) of Indiana, Michelle Lemmon of Starke, FL and Misty Neiman of Jacksonville, FL; his stepchildren, Kevin Wishall (Melissa) of Waycross, GA and Sandy Solomon (Hardy) of Waycross, GA; his grandchildren, Jamie, Tiffany, Bella, Andy (Candace), Scott, Jason (Luisa), Ivy, Kris (Kehleh), Devon, Nicholas and Avianna; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Delilah, Dakotah, Alyssa, Austin, Andrew, Athena, Piper and Lilliana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
