He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson (Day) of Starke; his daughter Amanda Smith of Starke; his father Leslie G. Johnson of Starke; his brothers, Billy Johnson of Starke and Leslie Johnson of New Orleans; and his grandchildren, Roxanne Smith, Stephen Smith and Kymberly Smith.
