He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorthy Halcomb and Ira Halcomb; his son Fred Halcomb; his granddaughters, Alexandria and Deijhia Halcomb; his great grandchildren, Kaiden and Avery Figuera; his brother James Halcomb; and his girlfriend Florence Keller. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
